A lovely hotel in a lovely location, it has a strong historical atmosphere and a very national romantic feel. The pool and sauna were very nice, while the room was just fine rather than exceptional, though it was clean, comfortable, and a good standard. The staff were nice, and it is terrific if you travel by car, since the parking is very affordable compared with Oslo City parking.
